Press READ Button.
Press any button to stop the alert.
TURNING YOUR PAGER OFF
From the standby screen, press MENU Button twice.
Press and release READ Button until "PAGER OFF" is displayed, then press SELECT Button.
SETTING THE ALARMFrom the standby screen, press MENU Button twice.
Press and release READ Button until "SET ALARM" is displayed.
Press SELECT Button. "ALARM 1" is displayed.
Press the SELECT Button. "ON or OFF" is displayed.
Press and release READ Button until "ON" is displayed, then press SELECT Button.
Press READ Button until the correct hour digit is displayed, then press SELECT Button.
Repeat step above to set the minutes, the AM/PM fields, the date, and to choose a one time, daily, or weekly alarm.
TURNING OFF A DAILY/WEEKLY ALARM
From the standby screen, press the MENU Button twice.
Press and release the READ Button until "SET ALARM" is displayed, then press the SELECT Button twice.
Press and release the READ Button until "OFF" is displayed, then press the SELECT Button.
The "TIME" screen is displayed momentarily.
From the standby screen, press MENU twice.
Press and release READ Button until "SET UP PAGER" is displayed.
Press SELECT Button. "TIME/DATE" is displayed.
Press SELECT BUTTON. "FORMAT AM/PM OR FOrMAT 24 HR." is displayed.
Press and release READ Button for AM/PM or 24-hour format, then press SELECT Button.
Press READ Button until the pager displays your choice of hour, then press SELECT Button.
Repeat step above to set the minutes and AM/PM fields (if applicable).
Press and release READ Button until your choice of month is displayed, then press SELECT Button. Repeat this step to set the day.
Your pager can receive up to 30 messages. When a message is received, your pager alerts. Press the READ Button to stop the alert and display the number of new messages.
Press the READ Button again to display the first unread message. Press the SELECT Button to display the next screen if continued.
Repeat above steps to read the next message(s).
"END" is displayed after the very last message is displayed.
To exit from any screen while reading your messages, press the MENU Button. "GO HOME" is displayed, then press the SELECT Button. The number of unread messages is displayed before the pager returns to the standby screen.
From the standby screen press the READ Button twice. The first screen of the first stored message is displayed. If no messages are stored, "NO MESSAGES" is displayed.
Press the SELECT Button to display the second screen of your message. If you want to return to the first screen, press the SELECT Button again.
Press the READ Button to display the next stored message.
If you want to scan your messages, continue to press and release the READ Button. The pager displays the first screen of each message. After you have viewed all stored messages, "END" is displayed.
From the standby screen, press MENU Button twice. "GO FOLDER" is displayed.
Press SELECT Button to display the first message.
Press READ Button to display the next message. Repeat this step to display all messages in the folder.
After you have viewed all the messages stored in the folder, "END" is displayed.
MOVING MESSAGES TO THE FOLDER
While viewing the message, press MENU Button.
Press and release READ Button until "MOVE FOLDER" is displayed.
Press SELECT Button. "MOVED" is displayed, indicating the message has been moved to the folder and the pager returns to the message screen.
Once a message is moved to the folder, it cannot be moved back into the personal message area. It can only be read or deleted.
DELETING MESSAGES FROM THE FOLDER
While viewing the message press the MENU Button.
Press and release the READ Button until "DELETE MSG" is displayed.
Press the SELECT Button. "DELETED" is displayed.
From the standby screen, press MENU Button twice.
Press and release the READ Button until "SELECT ALERT" is displayed, then press the SELECT Button. The current alert setting is displayed.
Press the READ Button until your choice of "ALERT AUDIO" or "ALERT VIBE" is displayed.
When the desired alert is displayed, press the SELECT Button. If you selected "ALERT AUDIO, the pager automatically goes to the set alert audio feature, and displays the previously selected alert.
Press and release the READ Button until your choice of musical alert is displayed. The pager gives a sample of each alert as you scroll through the choices.
Press the SELECT Button to select the alert. "SELECTED" is displayed and
the pager gives a sample of the alert.
Press the SELECT Button to stop the alert.
When the pager memory is full "MEM FULL" is displayed in the standby screen until a button is pressed. If this occurs, delete your old unwanted messages to make room for newer messages. "MEM FULL" is also displayed if you try to move a message into the message folder when there is not enough storage space left.
Messages can be deleted one at a time or all at once "DELETE ALL". Unread messages and messages that have been moved to the message folder are not deleted.
Display the message you want to delete. Press the MENU Button. "GO HOME" is displayed.
Press the READ Button until "DELETE MSG" is displayed. Press the SELECT Button. "DELETED" is displayed.
DELETING ALL MESSAGES
From the standby screen press the MENU Button twice. Press and release the READ Button until "DEL ALL MSGS" is displayed, then press the SELECT Button. "DELETED" is displayed. All messages except unread messages and those in the message folder are deleted.
